Quotes
How do I get a quote?
On the page of each part, tap «Quote this part»: the part number is already filled in. You can also go to Request a quote, type the part number, your email and your country, or message us on WhatsApp +1 786 602-0906.
What information do you need?
The part number is the fastest way. If you don't have it, send us the brand, the model and the serial number of the machine, or a photo of the part or of its plate.
Why are there no prices on the site?
Each part is quoted in writing: the quote states the availability, the condition of the part (new, aftermarket, rebuilt or used), the price and the shipping to your country. Each quote states how long it is valid.
Are you an official dealer?
No. Vexden is an independent store. Brand names are used only to identify part fitment and belong to their owners.
I can't find my part on the site. Can you still help?
Yes. Send us the part number or a photo and we will look for it. Search the catalog or write to us.
Payment
How can I pay?
By credit or debit card, bank transfer or Zelle. The order is confirmed when you accept the quote and we receive the payment. More in the Terms and conditions.
Shipping and returns
Do you ship to my country?
Yes. We ship from Miami, Florida, worldwide. We can also deliver to your freight forwarder in Miami. The shipping method and cost are in your quote.
How long does shipping take?
It depends on the destination, the carrier and customs; we tell you when we quote and cannot guarantee it. When we ship, we send you the tracking number.
Who pays import taxes and duties?
The quote tells you how import taxes and duties of the destination country are handled.
Can I return a part?
Write to us as soon as you receive the part and we confirm whether the return applies and how to do it. The part must be uninstalled, unused and in its original packaging. All the details are in Shipping and returns.
